If you are not 100% satisfied or you ordered the wrong size let us know, we will refund your money or replace with a different product (cost of shipping will not be refunded). 

 

If we send you the wrong product we will take full responsibility for replacement or refund (cost of shipping will be refunded). 

 

All in-stock orders received by 2pm CST are shipped same day. We use UPS for our small outbound orders. If you r order is slightly larger than UPS allows, we will select a competitively priced common carrier. We ship best way, but can ship Next Day and Second Day Air. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase a Temp Wall Kit or the 10' or 8' track, you will be charged UPS rates in the shopping cart; however due to odd-sized packaging we will need to ship this product to you via Federal Express. We will call you to advise you on the difference in shipping costs before we ship out the product.

 

Sales tax will be collected in the state of Illinois. For purchases shipped to other states, taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
